Cleaning your restaurant
There are difference between cleaning and sanitising as discussed in our previous posts.
Here some other tips:
1. Clean and sanitize surfaces that have contact with hands
2. Door handles, fridge handles, chopping boards and utensils.
3. Disinfect surfaces between work
4. Clean and disinfect the equipment that you use especially if the equipment has direct contact with food
Cleaning rules:
1. Clean with protective clothing such as gloves and mask.
2. Read labels and manuals for chemicals and follow the instruction and dilution rate
3. Do not store food and chemicals together and protect food during cleaning
