Oysters consider a delicacy. However, some oysters are harvested for pearl usually don't use as food.


Advantages: - Oysters are an excellent source of zinc, iron, calcium, and selenium, as well as vitamin A and vitamin B. - Oysters are rich in protein. - Aphrodisiac Powers. - Weight Loss.
