Tips to prevent food poisoning in your restaurant
1. Frequent Handwashing.
2. Keep the kitchen and preparation area clean. Clean often especially if it is contact with raw food.
3. Keep food separate, raw meat should be separated from cooked meat and so on.
4. Use different chopping boards for different tasks.
5. Cook food properly and do not serve raw food.
6. Rinse vegetables and fruits.
7.Clean and sanitize the surfaces especially that do contact with food. Sanitize utensils and plates.
