How To Clean Meat Slicer

You need regularly clean a meat slicer, some food can be build up in parts of the machine which lead to the growth of the bacteria


Read the manual for your meat slicer and follow the instruction


Here a few tips on how to clean a meat slicer:


1. Use tools and cut-resistance gloves to clean the meat slicer.


2. Remove the residue of the food.


3. Put thickness to zero on the slicer and clean the front and back of the blade using a pad with Sanitizer (you can use our product Kenolux Eco Des). 4. Turn the slicer off and disconnect the power source.


5. Remove the product table, slice deflector the center plate and wash all these parts with soapy water, rinse with clean water and sanitize the parts. Let them air dry them.


6. Clean exterior with soapy water or degreaser, rinse with hot water and clean towel and spray sanitizer and air dry the machine.


5. Lubricate the slide rods.


6. When the meat slicer is air dry put product table, slice deflector the center plate back.


Do not forget:


a. To use cut-resistance gloves


b. Turn off the meat slicer during cleaning
